I have bought several homes in my life time. Jenny is the best Realtor that I have had the pleasure to work with. She has integrity that is hard to find in the Real Estate business. She will do research if she doesn’t know something. She has a very quick turn around on all requests. She is what I would consider a true expert. If you want great results Jenny is the Realtor to go with. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Triad Realty was great. Jenny Kopriva was my realtor and she did an exceptional job! She went above and beyond to help in any way she could. Jenny Kopriva has been fastastic to work with, and I know she will be a valuable resource and friend for years to come! I am from out of state and purchased an important investment in Clear Lake. Jenny has been my go to real estate broker to help me throughout this process. I am an attorney and broker licensed in another state so following through intelligently and professionally with all the paperwork is imperative for me. I found Jenny through reading other reviews from people so I want to leave an honest evaluation for others. One client had written that she was also out an out of town investor in Clear Lake and that Jenny had been super helpful and dependable, and I have to agree wholeheartedly. Not being able to drive there quickly and to understand what is happening with my real estate deal can be very intimidating unless you have someone whom you can trust to do something as simple as taking updated photos and driving by the property to let me know things are all good to double checking paperwork during the transaction. Jenny has been like family that I can depend on in a crunch!
So honest & kind to us
Jenny has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and has been so much more than just a realtor for us over the past few months. My husband and I were first time homebuyers who went through a very lengthy home buying process. Jenny was wonderful at keeping us updated, keeping things moving along as much as she could for us, and was so incredibly patient and encouraging throughout the whole journey. Literally the best service ever. If you are willing to let her drive the process and lean on her expertise, it will be a very easy and painless transaction. To say she went above and beyond the call of duty would be a terrible understatement. But that isn’t what sets her apart. She misses NOTHING. We would walk through a house, and she would point out things that I would have never noticed, but would have been substantial down the road. She navigated every turn and twist that comes up with a house sale, and purchase, like a pro. My sister and I needed to sell our Mom’s house after she passed away. We interviewed three different realtors and right away my sister said she liked Kopriva Lakeside Brokers the best. They knew the market, they had buyers in mind, and offered us a couple of different strategies for staging and selling the house. What sold me was their dogged determination to sell my Mother’s house. They followed up several times with me. One of the other realty companies we interviewed forgot to follow up a until a week later. Lakeside Brokers also knew what was needed to close on the house and took care of all details. I would highly recommend Lakeside Brokers.

Jake was great. He was very accommodating with our schedule and had a lot of knowledge about each home before we even looked at them. He was also kind enough to drive an hour and a half to meet with our lawyer for closing. We knew we were in good hands because we’ve done non real estate business with him in the past and he never disappointed us.
